Home Care Satisfaction Survey Results 2025

In May 2025 we posted surveys to our Home Care clients - 103 in total. We did this to measure your satisfaction with our care and services. 

We received 50 responses – that’s around 49% of you responding. You have helped us learn and identify whether there are issues in the quality of our care and services. Your information helps us improve. 


In July, we are sending a report to each of you by mail regarding a range of findings, including your longer survey question answers. We are also using the report to tell you what NAC is doing in response to what we have learned from you. We are using the space here to provide you with more detailed information about your responses to short questions about your levels of satisfaction. 


We asked you to rate your level of agreement to a series of statements 1-22  from the options:
