About Kellie

Director of Clinical Services

With over 30 years of experience in nursing, Kellie brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and leadership to her role as Director of Clinical Services at New Aged Care.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has spent the past 20 years working across both aged care and general practice settings. She finds particular fulfilment in chronic disease management and dementia-specific care - areas where she can make a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives.

Kellie has completed the Leadership in Dementia Management program with Dementia Australia, further enhancing her ability to lead and advocate for best practices in dementia care.

In her current leadership role, Kellie combines her extensive clinical background with a strategic vision for high-quality, person-centred care. She is proud to be part of the dynamic and dedicated team at New Aged Care, where she continues to advocate for innovation, dignity and excellence across all aspects of service delivery.
