About Jenny

Jenny will shortly retire after 36 years with Victoria Police, having enjoyed a diverse and fulfilling career that culminated in a senior management role at the rank of Superintendent.

Her enduring motivation has been community service, with a strong focus on supporting victims of crime. In recognition of her work, Jenny was awarded the Australian Police Medal in 2020 for her services to victims of sexual assault and child abuse. She also served on the Board of Governance at the West Centre Against Sexual Assault (CASA) for 10 years, initially as a board member and later as Chair.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Master’s in Organisational Leadership, and has undertaken several senior leadership programs.

Her interest in joining the NAC Board stems from its alignment with her personal values and her continued desire to support vulnerable members of the community.
