NAC Client Advisory Group

New Aged Care has a Client Advisory Group (CAG) which meets around 3 times per year.  CAG’s key role is to provide the NAC Board with client feedback on issues related to quality of care and services.  The group is made up of volunteer clients and/or their family members. The Chair of CAG is Shareholder Alison Killoh and a staff member is secretary for the group.

With client help NAC can learn, improve and grow:

  • Without client input, we can never really know how well we’re doing
  • Only clients can tell us what it is like to receive NAC’s care and services.
  • With client feedback, we can develop and plan for the future
  • With client input, we can hear the voice of NAC’s clients

Client feedback, reflections and input help us make quality improvements.

If you’d like to learn more about our Client Advisory Group or would like more information, we’d love to hear from you.
